This is a secondary airport and main diversion airport of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport but also serves the area of Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Pacific Pearl Airways are the only passenger airline to operate from here flying to Cebu, Kalibo, Puerto Princesa and Seoul). There are currently no cargo airlines operating from here.
