The largest of Malaysia's airports Kuala Lumpur International Airport is also the 13th busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic. Operated by Malaysian Airports it is the hub for Malaysia Airlines, MASkargo, AirAsia and AirAsia X.

The airport has four terminals and many international carriers operate services throughout Asia and the beyond.

Kuala Lumpur International Airport can be reached by the KLIA Express and the KLIA Transit train services. KLIA operates a service to KL City Air Terminal part of the Kuala Lumpur Sentral transportation hub of the city.

The usual taxi and bus services also operate into the city from the airport.
