Iloilo International Airport serves Iliolo City in Western Visayas. It opened in 2007 to replace Mandurriao Airport and has become the Philippines fourth busiest airport. The airport is 19km northweat of the city.

Whilst being classed as an international airport no international flights operate from here as yet. Airphil Express and Cebu Pacific fly to Cebu and Manila and Philippine Airlines and Zest Airways fly only to Manila.
